Ana Locking reserves the right, on occasion, to limit the quantity of products supplied, to supply only part of an order, or to divide up orders. Ana Locking also reserves the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offer or sales promotion. Ana Locking will inform the customer if an order can not be fulfilled. Please contact the Ana Locking Customer Service for information concerning product availability or for specific product inquiries. On occasion, availability messages may be inaccurate and product may be unavailable and out of stock. On such occasions, the order will be cancelled and a notification will be sent to the customer.

  While Ana Locking tries to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, errors may occur and the prices listed for some products may be incorrect. If Ana Locking discovers a pricing error for any of the products ordered by a customer, Ana Locking will give the customer the option to either reconfirm the order at the correct price or to cancel the order. If Ana Locking is unable to contact the customer, Ana Locking treats the order as cancelled. Ana Locking has no obligation to and does not provide a product at an erroneous price, even if Ana Locking has sent an erroneous dispatch confirmation to a customer.

Prices displayed on the site are stated in Euro and include VAT and any other applicable taxes.

Prices do not include shipping costs.
  For ready-to-wear pieces, Ana Locking recommends dry cleaning, unless otherwise instructed on the care label inside the garment.

(all in Spain). Ana Locking guarantees the authenticity of all products purchased through Ana Locking online. All Ana Locking products are individually controlled for quality by Ana Locking"s specialists.
  These terms and conditions apply to the sale of all products that Ana Locking sells of this site.
By ordering any products on the site the client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. The client is invited to read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

In order to purchase a product from the Ana Locking online boutique, Ana Locking accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

The transaction is charged to the customer"s credit card only after Paypal system has verified the card details, received credit authorisation, confirmed stock availability.
For returns, refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment, we do not issue store credits for online purchased.


Spain: Delivery in 7 - 9 working days
Europe: Delivery in 10 - 12 working days
Rest: Delivery in 15 - 20 working days

Orders placed after 2:30 PM on Friday will not be counted until Monday.

The order is dispatched within 3-6 days (working days) of purchase from the Ana Locking warehouse, excluding local and national holidays. Orders placed after 2:30 PM on Friday will not be counted until Monday.

Ana Locking shall not be responsible for unpredictable delays. Except for cases of force majeure, the order is delivered within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days following the day after placing the order online.

  Risk of loss or damage to products ordered on this site is passed to the client upon shipment of the products; title is passed once Ana Locking has received payment in full for the products.  
  A shipping confirmation is emailed to the customer as soon as the purchase has been shipped.

  In order to modify or cancel an order,  please Ana Locking customer service as soon as possible. Ana Locking makes every effort to accommodate a customer"s request. However, once a product has left the premises for shipping, the order cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to Ana Locking. If this is the case, please refer to Ana Locking return policy and return the purchase once received.  

Ana Locking accepts full-priced merchandise returned within 7 days of the delivery date when accompanied by the original sales receipt. Returned products are fully refunded in the same form as payment.

Products must be returned in perfect condition, must not have been worn, altered or washed and all original tags must be attached.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless Ana Locking made a mistake in the shipment of your order

Exchanges are only accepted for an item at the same price.
